We are a small, family-run, boutique bed and breakfast on the Thames that boasts green space, comfort & style.

Located in the village of Burcot, Dinckley Court is seven miles outside of Oxford city centre, making it a fantastic base to explore Oxford and its surrounding areas.

the rooms have been thoughtfully refurbished with eclectic pieces of furniture and works of art. They are fully equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee plus condiments, hairdryer and desk.

Comfort & Independence

Each room is accessible via a private and separate entrance from the main house, allowing guests to come and go independently.

Fresh & Home-made

For breakfast we offer a variety of treats such as Homemade granola, sweet and savoury baked goods, yoghurt and fresh fruit and of course will serve vegan/gluten-free options if requested.

Breakfast is delivered to your door.

£80.00 to £160.00 per night for double occupancy depending on the season. We offer discounted rates for single occupancy.

Details

Contactless check-in, from 3pm. Check-ins after 10:30pm by arrangement. Check out up to 11am. Late check-out by prior agreement.

Children are not allowed, and we do not permit pets. There is no capacity for extra beds at this property, and we have an age restriction of 18 and over.

Most major credit cards are accepted and we reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. We are totally non-smoking throughout the property.

Off-road, free private parking is available immediately outside the property.

Boat mooring is also upon request and subject to availability and size of craft.

 
 

Riverside Garden

Our garden leads up to the river Thames, guests can stroll to the riverside and enjoy the stunning horizon view of farmland and countryside.

Seven acres of picturesque garden

Views from the garden include the Earth Trust nature reserve and the famous Wittenham clumps - a fantastic spot for keen walkers and nature enthusiasts.

We have an outdoor seating area equipped with a log burner for cosy evenings.
